xmas pictures

I put up some pictures. I took while in okc. Granted, I only managed to be in town a little over a day but still managed to take like 200 pictures. Luckily you won't have to sit though all of them.
Can you believe I actually forgot to bring my camera? I ended up borrowing my parents instead, so no pics of Dallas. Marissa , Raymond, and I saw Memoirs of a Geisha on Christmas Day, which was really good. Then the next day went to Central Market for lunch and gelato. Then drove to Plano to go to the new Ikea. After 3 hours in the store Raymond loves it as much as we do.
Then we drove to OKC, got in late, stopped at Denny's. Ran into Taylor, and briefly Alisa. The next day Marissa and I tagged along to Abby's for Raymond to get his haircut. His looked great and then I got my haircut too. Got a new driver's license. Had to take the picture like 6 times since for some reason the new digital system wasn't sending the picture to whatever database they keep it in. Finally, they just turned the computer off and back on and then it worked. Not a bad picture, but the new license seem to print them a little blurry.
Then we met Taylor in Bricktown and we went to the Crystal Bridge since Marissa had passes. Raymond ended up not coming and going to have lunch with his mom instead. The botanical gardens were really nice. I hadn't been in over 7yrs. Interesting to actually already know what some of the plants were from my job. Got lots of nice photos. Then we went and ate at Chelino's. Then tried to go snowtubing but they were sold out for the day. Then tried to go see Walk the Line, but the theatre wasn't showing it anymore and had just forgotten to take down the poster. So we went and had tasty ice cream at the Marble Slab (which my dad, geologist dork that he is, likes to point out should actually be the Granite Slab, since they don't use marble). Then back to Marissa's to watch Madagascar which was pretty good. Genius penguins will soon take over the world.
